Adjusting to customers needs, we also provide all-in-one effluent treatment solutions, so you only pay for the treated volume.

Following the pilot tests results, giving a precise characterization of the operation and the designing of the equipment, we will be able to provide a solution allowing a total control of your treatment budget.

Our solution  will help you reducing the impact of external treatment facilities pricing policies. A detailed contract will be indicating the quality of the effluents monitored during the test period and the discharge quality.

This contract will include a clear and transparent price indexation formula  in order to guarantee pricing adjustment over the time

Our technicians operate maintain the equipment and we take care of supplying and delivering the consumables  when necessary.

Understanding Customer Needs

Each customer has unique needs. Before starting any project we perform  a precise analysis of customer operation. The effluent generation process goes under a in-depth study (origin of the pollution, composition of the effluent, pollution control objectives, possibility of reusing treated water, etc.), which will allow us to define the appropriate solution. 

Feasibility tests and Designing basis

A laboratory test based on a representative sample is  carried out, testing the depollution capacities of the tested treatment process.

This intermediate step is essential and provides the first designing and costing elements for the final installation.

Once these preliminary stages have been validated, FAR Water carries out a pilot test on an industrial scale at Customer’s location in order to validate the conclusions of the laboratory tests, and to finalize technical and economic offer.

Design

The installation’s design is based on customer’s needs and requirements. 

Materials and parts are designed according to our 25 years experience. Pipes and skids are only made of Stainless Steel to ensure long lasting.

Pumps, valves, automation components, and instrumentation come from world’s leading manufacturers.

The water treatment unit is designed using 3D CAD software, then manufactured and assembled in our workshops located in North-East of France.

Commissioning

The water treatment unit is shipped, installed and commissioned by our project manager.

Start-up assistance and fine-tuning of the unit is provided by our engineers, we also ensure training of our Customer local staff.
